By accessing or using RAMExtend ("the Service"), including the website (ramextend.com) and the desktop software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RAMExtend (operated by ZMLabs).
RAMExtend is an AI-powered VRAM compression software that uses your integrated GPU (VRAM compression) to generate interpolated frames, increasing your effective framerate in games. The Service includes the desktop application (Windows 10/11), the website, and any related services. The software runs entirely locally on your machine and does not transmit game data to external servers.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account, in accordance with EU data protection regulations (GDPR Article 8). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
RAMExtend offers three tiers: FREE (free forever), TURBO (€9.99/month), and ULTRA (€19.99/month). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Each license is bound to one machine. The FREE tier is limited to 30-minute sessions and includes a watermark. These limitations are removed with TURBO or ULTRA tiers.
RAMExtend and all associated code, documentation, branding, and assets are the exclusive property of ZMLabs. The Service is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software according to your tier. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Screenshots and benchmarks on our website may feature third-party games, including POOLS (Unity DX11). POOLS (Unity DX11) is a registered trademark of CD Projekt S.A. All game trademarks belong to their respective owners. RAMExtend is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer. Third-party content is used for illustrative purposes only under fair use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Software will be compatible with all hardware configurations, games, or anti-cheat systems. Performance results may vary based on your hardware specifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAMExtend and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer protection law.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete My Account" feature in your Dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@ramextend.com to request a refund.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the member state where the operator is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the European Union. As an EU consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
